This Freeform Shawl was woven, knitted, and crocheted as a raffle item for the Tucson wool Festival in 2008 and the proceeds were donated to a local charity.

My favorite colors so far. Designed to beat the winter blues.

I have finally spun dog hair. It is from a customer's chow. I blended it with alpaca and wool that matched the original colors, so she would have enough yarn for her project and to ensure that the fiber held together, since the dog hairs were rather short.

I have finally spun dog hair. It is from a customer's chow. I blended it with alpaca and wool that matched the original colors, so she would have enough yarn for her project and to ensure that the fiber held together, since the dog hairs were rather short.


I am always experimenting with color. The piece lying on top is from a commercially dyed merino roving. I isolated the colors in it and dyed kid mohair in the same colors and then blended them my own way. They were then blended together to create the following batts.
